Truck Mounted crane repair, service and Load testing

We repair all types of truck mounted cranes, Our hydraulic specialists are on standby to assist you. We refurbish truck mounted cranes there by extending their life span.

Truck mounted cranes should be load tested annually according to DMR 18 and SANS Standards.We will keep your cranes compliant with regulations and at the same time we will also ensure that your employees and stake holders safe by ensuring that your truck mounted cranes are safe to use.

Statutory Inspection & Load Testing of Lifting Equipment

Our Registered Lifting Machinery Inspectors will assist customers with the following:

– 6 Monthly compulsory inspections on Lifting Machinery as per the Driven Machinery Regulation 18(6) of the OHS Act

– Recording Service History & Service Data findings in an on site Lifting Machinery Register as for the OHS Act above.

– Annual Performance testing of Lifting machinery and related equipment. Data recorded into the Lifting Machinery

– Registers as per the Driven Machinery Regulation 18 (5)

Lifting tackle inspections

DMR 18 (10) Requires all lifting tackles to be inspected at intervals not exceeding 3months. Our trained lifting tackle inspectors will be on standby to ensure that your tackles remain compliant through the use of colour coding and lifting tackle registers
